It was during that time he learned state-of-the-art strength-building and progressive training techniques. This experience inspired him to create a specialized fitness haven of his own- a gym in Palm Deserts, CA, that focuses exclusively on personalized training for optimal results.

My wife and I moved to Palm Desert this year, and searching for a personal trainer, we found Aaron at Trainer Joe's Fitness after we were not able to find a trainer that fit our needs.
I had some previous injuries (ankles, neck, etc) and was able to work myself up to strengthening them carefully within time.
As I said, I’m mature, but Aaron developed a work out program that is challenging yet not too difficult that I stopped showing up.
He was fantastic and able to tailor our workouts for exactly what we wanted.
Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and his functional strength workouts are so much more productive and rewarding than your typical big box gym with free weights and machines.
His workouts are not only personalized with your goals in mind, but also workout efficiency and safety.
He is patient and keeps the entire workout interesting.
He focuses on total body work-outs and not just using machines that work one muscle at a time .
Definitely recommend him as a trainer who care about his clients and not just in it for a paycheck.
He carefully monitor's your workouts to make sure your not over doing it but at the same time pushes you to your true potential!
