Ben is a 👍 instructor explains techniques well and makes sure you know them so that you could apply them if they were needed to.

Best place to host a birthday party
I take martial arts here with Ben a Kenpo hall of fame member.
I started here at Tracy's Karate back in October of 2018 to try to get back into shape (I'm now in the best shape of my life).
He is now a black belt and his experience has taught him the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
I will also say that I greatly appreciate how our teacher is demonstrating the techniques he knows work from personal experience and gives really useful commentary and advice.
I know several people who have taken a self-defense class here as well, and they all would recommend coming to Tracy's Karate in Chesterfield!
