Gymnastics is more than a sport or fun activity. It builds confidence and leadership skills that our kids take into life well beyond their time here. Founded by Coach Matt Towers, Towers Gymnastics allows Long Island kids and teens to discover skills and powers they may never have known they possessed. Whatever your child's age, skill level, or experience, there is a program here for them - from our Teeny Tots program starting at 18 months, through our boys and girls gymnastics programs up to age 18. And our competitive team program forges friendships, provides life experiences, and may lead to college scholarships.

My daughter has been going to Towers Gymnastics for the past 6 years and moved from recreation to USAIGC to USAG team.
Having an inclusive and understanding space for my child has been such a gift.
We just recently switched to Towers from another gymnastics center and we are so happy with the change!

They have a special needs class for my son.
She has not only grown as an amazing gymnast from a level 4 to a 2nd year level 9 USAG gymnast but she has grown to appreciate good health, discipline in all things including academics and social situations, teamwork, and respect.
One of the qualities I find to be unique, is their ability to differentiate their instruction so that each gymnast is receiving the exact instruction and skills that they are prepared for.
