I'm so glad to have found Thrive and be apart of such amazing yogi community.
I am enjoying every minute I spend in this beautiful studio with wonderful instructors.
I have gained strength, confidence, flexibility, and learned to appreciate even more self-care.
And the ambience is perfect for relaxing…highly recommend if you want to relieve stress, feel good in your body and balanced in mind.
Special personal shout out to Katie, Danielle, and Mary as my longtime regular instructors for helping me gain the confidence and ability to practice yoga to my fullest potential, both physically and mentally.
The vibe and the teacher
Beautiful environment, awesome teacher, great class, friendly community :)
The owner, staff and all the teachers are very committed to providing a quality experience.
If you’ve never taken a yoga class before or have practiced for decades; there is a class for you.
I was able to fully relax and with her instruction turn inward and connect on a deeper level.
