Yin yoga great, but will have a hard time not regretting my yoga mat purchase as i went in wanting an extra long mat, which they had in stock, but some guy behind the counter pitched in and asked why i would even need to be using that kind of mat...

In the hours spent pushing, stretching, resting & growing, yoga has given me the most profound sense of self-worth and enlightenment.
I’ve done hot yoga at other studios but this one is by far my favorite.
I used to go to Friday's Hot Vinyasa class regularly & continued virtually during the covid year.
Maggie at the front desk was more than helpful, not to mention super cute!!!
All the teachers and staff are amazing!
