Lovely yoga studio.
Just what I needed on this dreary day!
Her voice is very soothing to the ears and is helpful to relax and really enjoy the moment on the mat.
The teachers are particularly gifted at guiding you through proper alignment and providing a lot of modifications making the class accessible to beginners and more experienced yogis alike.
During the summer months, rotating members of the Yoga Loft community took turns hosting yoga in their back yards (which provided serene backdrops/picturesque views of our town).
I thoroughly enjoy taking class there, growing, and recharging.
Julie, the new owner, is maintaining the same classes and teachers as well as adding her new classes and workshops.
The staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgable and can accommodate any yogi level from brand new to advanced.
Now I am thrilled to go workout: something I never ever thought I'd experience.
