Very welcoming regardless of body size
Beautiful studios with excellent teaching staff; rope wall; lots of scheduling possibilities at a reasonable price..
Friday night classes provide a wonderful transition to the weekend; Sunday gentle yoga or Avita prepare me for the week ahead.
The instructors are some of the most knowledgeable I have ever encountered and they create safe spaces for students to explore and grow .
