THE Studio Martial Arts and Fitness
THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness has been a part of the Roseville area for more than a decade, serving Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and surrounding communities. We've grown from a small school offering only taekwondo classes to a bigger school offering martial arts, ninja, and fitness classes, too. But we've never lost our tight-knit, family-friendly atmosphere with great instructors who want to help you succeed. That's why we've continually been voted the best in the Roseville area by readers of STYLE Magazine and The Press Tribune. We've been named best martial arts school, best kids' birthday spot, best kids activity, best fitness studio, best local business, and more! Come see what makes THE STUDIO an award-winning place to learn martial arts, work out, have fun, and get fit!

Love it here
The Studio offers a great taekwondo experience with skilled instructors who are dedicated to each student's growth.
Being a father myself, I was able to take advantage of the free lessons and even was able to take on a free sword lesson as Master P's guest because they had a substitute at the time and wants me to only pay for the session when it is the actual instructor.
