I love training with Lisa at The Strength Code! It's not a typical gym, it's a private fitness studio, which makes it a personalized workout experience that is very catered to my needs and goals. Gaining overall strength is important to me, and Lisa has tailored my sessions to help me do just that. Couldn't ask for better!

I've been training at The Strength Code Palm Desert for over a year now, first with Lisa May and currently with Wendy Winks, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible fitness journey.
Lisa May sat down with me when I arrived for my first session and spent a lot of time learning about my health and movement.
You can go t a gym and try to figure “it” out or go to someone who knows!
I’ve been working out with Lisa for over three years and this system really works!
The studio is clean, modern, and welcoming, with an excellent array of strength-training machines and other equipment.
The high intensity, super slow weight training that you do for 30 minutes, once a week, is a perfect way to train safely and see results.
Lisa is knowledgeable and will make your time fun and well spent.

Went on a long outing recently as well and into the afternoon some of the others with me were looking for a place to sit because their hips, knees and/or backs were bothering them and I realized mine was not!
