At the Pad Studios, we believe that sharing the practice of yoga can support and transform individuals and by extension their communities. Our devoted team of teachers share a common purpose — to provide a safe and inviting space for you to breathe, stretch, practice, play, explore, and transform. Most classes are led with an “all levels” approach, with options to modify or challenge yourself. As students and teachers of yoga, we are dedicated to self-inquiry, studentship, daily practice, and community.

Great classes, loved the livestream option so I could take classes on my own schedule, with the same great quality
The teachers range from very good to really freakin' awesome - there are a couple who clearly know their stuff and have a lot of experience to share.
The teachers are consistent excellent and welcoming to the class.
There is a diverse option of classes - from slow flow to power flow - at accessible times of the day depending on what you prefer (early AM, mid-day pick me up, or an evening yin yoga class).
Their slow flow with sound meditation on Sundays is amazing and I love their yin yoga too!
I have since moved further away, but I try to find the time to incorporate her class when I can before I give birth!
Also, the teachers each bring a unique thing to their classes, so its nice to both have access to variety and pick some favorites.
There are some fantastic teachers like Nicole Cronin, Rosemary and Emma Peck.
Amazing instructors and community!
So happy to have stumbled upon it!
