I would highly recommend Language House to those wanting to just get started in learning Spanish or refresh their knowledge!
The Language House has been an amazing experience with a true interactive learning to fit your strengths and weaknesses within your level of the language.
The weekly in person classes do much more for you than online resources/Duolingo.
My confidence to speak it outside of the classroom has grown so much under her guidance!
The atmosphere is great and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to learn Spanish.
Duo is fine enough for vocabulary, but WOW I have jumped leaps and bounds in my Spanish skills and confidence in speaking in only a few months (2 classes) at the Language House.
Also really enjoyed the coffee and conversation options as a supplement to class!
I like that the classes focus mostly on conversation, as that's what's most important to me, but there's also a good mix of reading and listening exercises.
You will get a lot of time practicing your conversational skills, exercises to practice outside of class, and the opportunity to attend fun social events in Spanish.
I have learned so much from the Language House teachers that I my trips to Spanish speaking countries are much more enjoyable.
