A wide variety of accessory tools are available to support each session or group class. We offer semi-private duet sessions on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda-chair, Pedipul, ladder barrel and Spine Corrector.

Krista is more than patient and encouraging for an elderly, overweight, out of shape with a looming bad back woman.
I trust her skills so much that I referred my own father to her and she woke up an excitement for movement and exercise (that I personally hadn't been able to ignite).
