Myself and both my kid's take classes here and we all love it.
They are very supportive and do a great job training them.
If you want to know how to handle yourself in a confrontation while standing, in a clinch, on the ground, with multiple attackers or attackers with weapons.
The self defense techniques my daughter has learned has helped her confidence and self esteem.
The product that they offer not only teaches self defense but self mastery and life lessons.
And the staff is so good with kids of all ages.
