Yes it's possible 😀 Amy's also such an awesome owner who takes good care of everyone.
All levels of classes are available so there’s something for everyone.
😊 All of the teachers are super sweet, and don't mind helping you make the practice your own.
It’s so nice to not have to go all the way to 620 or 71 to work out.
It is always hotter than hell in the classes though, most ladies I know do not return because of the heat.
The drop-in price for a class is $12, but goes down to $10 per session if you purchase more at once.
