Milard (owner) is a passionate, dynamic and engaging storyteller who makes yogic philosophy accessible and enjoyable for everyone. His studio is a cozy, inclusive community. Classes are offered for every level and workshops occur frequently. The studio offers an opportunity for an authentic experience in the practice of asana. As well as kirtan, teacher training and wellness services like acupuncture, massage and Chinese medicine. Most classes are heated, some are not. Evening, morning and weekend practice is available. The lucky are us whom taken a class or Kirtan, or Yoga Teacher Training- its a wonderful experience/journey, filled with stories of past, painted passionately, with touches of anatomy, sharing skills of Accupuncture and Forrest Training.
Once you have experienced the funky Om, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.
