There are classes from HIIT, circuit training, Taebo, body attack, Yoga, Zumba etc… there are also alot of equipments and very clean environments.
Great Gym no complaints
Clean gym, clean hallways, clean water fountains.
I recently joined TFE and have been very happy with their equipment, classes and all of their accommodations.
