I have been practicing at The Barre + Yoga Experience for almost 5 years now.
In my time at BYE, I have improved my flexibility, core strength, and balance, but I have also learned how to push through challenges in ways that have positively affected my life off the mat.
This is not just a gym its a community of amazing individuals that up lift, inspire and motivate one another!
I have explored many in the area and I love the energy, as well as the physical, mental and spiritual growth I receive after taking a class at bye.
I love coming to class and having a range of choices, from slow flow yoga, to flex barre, to buti yoga.
This studio has hands down changed my outlook on workouts and has had such a positive impact on my body and mind!
If you are in the area and looking for a new studio home, you should definitely come try it out!!!
The diversity in the classes are challenging but fun, and everyone Is friendly.
The instructors are helpful at all levels and even after 18 months, the workouts continue to challenge me while my fitness has significantly improved.
