Just as cell phones have replaced landlines, I have replaced the traditional, old-fashioned recital with my piano workshops for students. The workshops include not only performance but also discussions about topics (a peek inside a piano; how the piano came to be; how to create a practice routine; how to practice, etc. ).

She is an amazing teacher and person: super attentive to detail, patient, and very enthusiastic and passionate about teaching her students piano.
I had taken lessons for a couple of years as a child in NYC a long time ago, but since I hadn’t touched a piano for many decades, I had forgotten everything and wanted to start over as a complete beginner.
My daughter has been doing her piano lessons with Carole from when she could barely reach the piano pedals up to this time when she is already touring colleges.
The teacher is professional, engaging, really patient, and makes lessons creative and fun.
