Everyone at the gym is awesome.
Ronnie took care of my morning intro class and made me feel excited and ready to sign up immediately.
The coaches and classes are great and they are good for any skill level or fitness level.
This gym is awesome, everyone is really cool and approachable and they have great music.
Sadly, I had to cancel my son’s membership due to logistics and work conflicts that made it tough to attend classes lately, but I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tampa muay thai over the last couple of years.
Trainer’s are true professionals and will work will any skill level!
You can work with free weights, join a Strength class that will make your muscles burn 🔥 or take a Mobility class to enhance your range of motion.
Overall, a great gym if you are looking to get into Muay Thai or if you’re experienced and want to get into more professional fighting.

They have a very broad schedule that makes it easy to attend different classes and they also have a stretching and fundamentals class, that as a new joiner, is certainly helpful in my path with learning Muay Thai.
