At your first session, we will work with you to determine your current skill level. Based on that determination and your athletic goals, we will then create an individualized training plan for you. We have a fluid coaching style that we adapt to the individual student. We provide the small child with the structure and authority that they need in order to build trust and keep them focused. We take a more democratic approach with teenagers and adults. We encourage them to discuss their goals and concerns and then apply our knowledge and experience to each unique situation to present a way forward for improvement.

Slava is an excellent coach, he trains two boys 10 and 5 years old, the youngest has learned to swim well, so everyone around us compliments us, he knows how to find an approach to children with any character, he is a moderately strict and demanding coach, as a bonus, I can honestly say, taught both to jump rope and develop coordination.
Slava is a great coach very professional, he is very passionate and dedicated to what he does.
