Love this studio. I tried 3 different studios in the area before landing on sweat. The facility itself is immaculate. The classes are unique, they set up three flows and then allow you to flow on your own. This was different to me at first but I've grown to love the concept as it really allows you to flow on your own and fine tune your practice. The schedule is great and there are tons of class options throughout the day. The room is perfectly heated, you sweat without ever feeling overheated. Lastly, all the instructors have been great, I highly recommend this studio if you're looking for a vinyasa studio in the westside.

Sentiment Analysis
From the excellent instructors to the many types of classes, class times, community of patrons, or the studio space with quality heat, nice showers and fair pricing, it’s great place to practice Hot Yoga.
Been to 50+ studios around the US and the staff at Sweat Yoga SM are among the most helpful and genuine I've seen.
The staff is welcoming, motivating, and they do a great job at keeping things fun and exciting.
I waited a long time to write a review because it's already a popular studio, and I sort of want to keep it to myself, but really they are epic and everyone should know about it.
Studio is HOTTT and I appreciate that the rooms are kept fairly dark so that as we practice we can stay in our own worlds and not get distracted by the bodies around us.
Also, they do a great job listening to their client's feedback- just recently they took some initiatives to make the peak-hour classes less crowded and it has definitely made things more comfortable!
The yoga studio itself does get VERY hot so if you want to be strategic, place your mat towards the back of the room near the door.
I love how it’s dark and no mirrors so you don’t feel self conscious if you don’t know a pose or don’t do it well.
Also, they offer towel and yoga mat for a small fee in case anyone forgets theirs!
Lovely instructors and studio, horribly overpacked
