I like that everyone is spaced out and it feels very spacious.
I have been a member for several years, I enjoy sweat HB as they continue to add a variety of classes to try and enjoy.
The instructors really push you to do your best and work around your schedule, I would highly recommend this place!
If you are interested in doing pilates in Huntington Beach, Trina Elmore and her Sweat HB is the place to go.
Each instructor has their own style and intensity, I recommend scheduling with all of them before settling on one.
I tried coconut oil, several types of sweets such as Japanese cheesecake and two types of puffs; It was great.
They challenge you, help you correct your posture, and ensure you don't get hurt.
This is a welcoming and affirming place that meets the needs of an advanced or beginning practice…if you want kind teachers who challenge but also modify depending on your current fitness cycle, this is the place to be.
I love working with her one-on-one in pilates, because she really understands what I can (and can't yet) do.
I have been attending Pilates Reformer at Sweat HB since November 2018 and have become so addicted.
