The class schedule, the variety of classes, workshops, Crystal bed sessions, energy healing, aerial yoga, tarot sessions, sound healings, the amazing space itself, and the phenomenal community! Honestly, I credit Sukha, the instructors, the space, and the community for helping me become cancer and chemotherapy free! Thank you, Bethany, for providing such an amazing space! I feel beyond grateful and blessed to be part of the Sukha community.

Very welcoming environment when I arrived with a warm greeting at the front desk during check in, the teacher that led the vinyasa class was wonderful and knowledgeable , and this studio has such a lovely community vibe.
