Mat Pilates brings us back to the basics beginning every session with a pre-Pilates warm up, followed by movement patterns purposefully strung together to give the class flow and the brain a gentle reminder of how move with grace and purpose when off our mat. Each session ends with a moment of relaxation and gentle stretching to send you out to enjoy your week lighter than when you walked in.
