Everyone here is really great to work with and they were a incredibly helpful with fixing my form.

Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches do a great job of paying attention to your form to make sure you aren’t going to injure yourself.

It caters to both strength athletes and the general community who wants to get in shape - it’s a friendly, non-intimidating environment with really great members.

Definitely a place to improve upon your ability, with knowledgeable coaches and the vibes of a barbell temple.

I was looking for a gym that could safely teach me how to powerlift, wasn't full of creepy dudes, and wasn't super focused on only aesthetic gains.

I was definitely skeptical at first with it being a ‘power lifting’ gym but everyone is so nice and encouraging.

This gym and these people have truly changed my life.
