Mid-town has captured our heart and soul for 32 years and we have embraced every moment. In August 2019, in the middle of our lease, our landlord notified us that we had a year's notice to vacate our space to make room for redevelopment of the building. Our first priority was to stay in the midtown area that we so loved, however for various reasons, this was not possible. We expanded our search outside the area and we are so grateful to be relocating to a new space in NATOMAS! We are in the Raley's shopping center on the corner of Truxel Rd and Del Paso Blvd. We will be open in August for the start of our Fall session. It is a beautiful 7500 sq. foot space with four dance rooms. Construction will be completed by the end of July.

I was there for Thursday night Dancehall Power Up with Toya & Saturday morning Zumba with Toya, both of which I've been taking on Zoom for a long time (thank you for offering live stream Step 1!
I’ve become overweight during Covid and the instructor actually tried to discourage me from doing the class.
I used to go to step 1 and my teacher was so positive and nice it was amazing there and I am gonna go again later next year
I love this place it is so awesome the staff have great service they have great classes to take for youth and adult it's in a great area
My favorite of course is Dancehall DHPU!
I truly love what they have to offer and what all my daughter is and has learned from attending their ballet and tap dance classes with the dance instructor Rochelle.
I was here for adult hip hop yesterday and Deatra crushed it.

There is a good safety policy in place to protect the 6 foot social distance.
