I have had the privilege of attending yoga classes taught by Miriam for a year now and could not recommend her more. This past year in particular has been very stressful for me with my job. I work long hours and travel often so every yoga session is a much needed retreat for me when I feel like I'm drowning in in stress. Miriam has helped me physically and I've seen my body improve almost every session by encouragement and instruction for our poses. I feel stronger and more flexible. However, I'm most thankful for how much Miriam has helped me emotionally. Each session Miriam shares encouragement, wisdom and heartfelt messages to the students throughout the class.
