
I have been a student of Pilates for a number of years. My original goal was to continue improving the use of my arms after my physical therapy ran out following a serious injury. Regular Pilates sessions did indeed assist me in reaching that goal, But I also realized a notable improvement in my overall balance, coordination, and muscle strength. I also believe Pilates has played a role in improving my osteoporosis levels, based on regular bone density scans since starting sessions. I look forward to my weekly sessions and the resultant benefits to my physical health!
