I highly recommend Becky's class; it is incredibly creative, informative, nurturing, and beautiful.
From the daily class offerings, workshops or the teachers everything at soul tree is a pleasure to have in Lafayette.
Each class and instructor have their own unique ways of doing things which keeps things interesting and they are friendly to all levels of yoga!
We have done yoga at several places across the country and I can honestly say that I experienced some classes here that were refreshingly creative.
Really enjoyed a couple of the restorative yoga classes where instructors created sounds with eastern instruments and provided space for healing, reflection and for the body.
I also tried the Yin and Crystals class once and loved it (the timing was just challenging in my schedule—otherwise I definitely would have gone back!
Very easy to work with.
All good and teacher very clear however the most important part relaxation was missing and studio too hot!
Soul Tree is a wonderful, caring community w/ excellent instructors who regularly offer modifications in flow classes.
A strong sense of community envelops you the moment you walk in the door and can make any novice feel at home and at ease within their practice!
