We offer a Mysore style, Self-study session for this practice for those individuals looking to explore the original, methodical style of yoga to improve concentration their practice. Pre-approval and pre-registration is required. We will periodically offer a guided 1/2 primary series and a full primary series practice .

Soul space is one of my favourite studios i have been a part of, after practicing in hot power vinyasa classes i wanted to focus more on proper alignment and strength building.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and the yoga classes and relaxing and challenging at the same time.
She definitely knows how to read the energy in the room, and compassionately guides you to ease in each pose.

This studio is so authentic, humble, and a great place to hone in on your practice with very knowledgeable and kind teachers.
I personally took a Vinyasa course after not practicing for a couple of years and the staff instructors made me feel like I was right back where I needed to be, even going at my own pace.
