It has a wide variety of instructors who teach a variety of yoga styles and levels and who are authentically dedicated to their students' wellness.
I love Wednesday Yin/Yang classes with Elyse and also classes with Cherisse and her beautiful, peaceful energy.
Soul fitness provides a variety of great indoor and outdoor yoga classes.
During COVID, they came up with great ways to work out safely outside.
I try to get to this little oasis every weekend this place melt away my daily stress and pain keep up the good work it’s so hard to find a good place like this
The way she teaches yoga sculpt is a perfect blend of yoga and toning with weights.
It’s nice they offer various class types and are keen to taking student goals in mind during classes.
Every time I take a class, I leave feeling refreshed and in a good mood the rest of the day, not just from the practice itself but the connection with the instructor and fellow yogis.
Will definitely be returning for more sessions!!
