She did film in LA and photography in NY and is going back again this summer!!
My 16 yr old daughter was so excited all school year to attend the camp, and then COVID struck and the camp was cancelled, but luckily SOCAPA folks regrouped and offered an online version which she attended.
I got to meet people who wanted to do the same things as I wanted to do and I made some great connections and friendships with people who I still talk to this day.
In this bonkers world, it's great for our son to have a great program to enjoy and to keep his mind off the current crisis.
I had just graduated from my middle school and my mom signed me up for a one week film camp in California because I am super into that stuff.
The classes were very fun and have a bunch of good tips and tricks as well as choreography in them.
The campus ended up feeling like a giant family by the end of the three weeks and I still keep in touch with many of my classmates.
Awesome 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I was anxious for months before that summer because of how shy and introverted I am but everyone there were so kind and it felt like I had known them forever.
I didn’t have the best experience with my specific instructors but overall the staff and kids were welcoming and I made many fond memories at SOCAPA.
