Yikes a nightmare right,,, Here at SMT they make you family as soon as you walk through the door their energy Intergrity and morals speak volumes as they train the levels of classes daily.
And the workout regimen is awesome for core strength and endurance.
Honestly everyone here is awesome and the coach is very helpful.

Coach PJ is a very good coach that not only has the knowledge but does an extremely good job at breaking things down slowly and clearly to help teach the students.
