I learn so much at this school
I also am learning a lot from Hugh, an instructor for Ableton, and Djing.
Affordable, both online and in person classes.
In this judgment-free environment everyone is welcome and teachers and staff go above and beyond to help students grow and develop their style and discover their musical identity.
Great space and place to learn digital Music, sound and production.
Through Slam I have developed an intimate relationship with the Ableton software, sound design, mixing and mastering, DJ techniques, and more.
Aside from classes there are also events that take place there from time to time such as workshops from professional artists and DJ livestreams every Friday.
Slam Academy's primary focus will always be on the development of the student's potential.
Very laid back vibe through the whole building and the teachers and TA's couldn't be more helpful.
I've been a student for two years now and have gone from zero knowledge with Ableton Live to building my own live set for performance.
