Sizehealthyfitness is a comfortable and family oriented facility that focuses on “YOU” I have been at this gym for over a year and Nataisha and Levi have been nothing but amazing.
Since Size Healthy was created for women and Size Healthy Performance was created initially for youth, I never thought that I needed nor had any desire to train there as an adult male.
My job and school doesn’t allow me the flexibility to attend as many sessions as I would like, but Size Healthy Fitness has training starting as early as 4:30am which can be helpful for my progression.
After being in the program at Size Healthy Fitness for about two months and encorporating changes to my diet I lost 15 lbs.
