I been coming to this gym for a few years and it has absolutely changed my life! I love it so much, I can't get enough. So family oriented, my kid just joined today. When you feel welcomed at a gym, you feel at home and you want to keep coming back. Krav Maga is life changing! It's so good for all ages and sizes, women and men. Let's just say I feel a little safer out in the world. Brock and Camilla are amazing instructors and really care about their members and help us improve and get stronger. Their fitness program is just as amazing, I've lost more than 20 lbs and they've even helped me with my eating habits too! When a gym is really serious with helping you get healthier and truly wants to see you push to be your best, you know you're in the right place.

Awesome Instructors
My girlfriend dragged me to her Krav classes after I got bold enough to claim I could kick her butt - I have learned that I indeed cannot kick her butt.
This was the first place that came up when I was searching for self defense classes and after trying out their trial classes, I never left.
The workouts are intense, challenging but you start too naturally get very good at them when you keep doing it over and over.
