Caroline (the owner) has created something very special and I couldn’t recommend this studio enough.
Her sequencing is fun and challenging and her music is perfect.
Colleen’s customer service is above and beyond - she goes the extra mile to make sure her students are cared for and met where they are.
Caroline (the owner) actually taught the first class I took (a gentle, restorative session), and although I'm very creaky after being away from yoga for far too long, the class was so enjoyable and I look forward to much more time on the mat at Shine!
