The owners care deeply about each animal and have very good knowledge of horses and their individual needs; and the therapeutic riding program makes for a very strong community.
We have been boarding our three horse's at Shepard Stables for the past 6 years and it has been an amazing experience.
They do run a therapeutic riding program on the same facility and things can get a little hectic, however, there is always a place to ride.
My daughter has been riding at Shepard Stable for over a year, and has also participated in some classes through Therapeion Therapeutic when appropriate for her.
