Awesome place！
It was my best decision to revisit fitness with Shawn Casey's Results Fitness and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants to take a first baby step on your fitness journey.
If you're hopping around looking for a gym, trainer or workout plan you can stop here; these folks have you covered no matter what you're looking to get out it.
On a side note, Allen's restaurant recommendations are really great and I found some of my favorite restaurants from his recommendations.
They push you very hard, but at the same time make sure you stay healthy.
There are people here that are hard core and people that are more chill and this environment works for both.
I'm about to celebrate my first year anniversary of training at Results Fitness and the one thing that stands out to me is how much I enjoy coming back here even on the days that I have little to no motivation.
I'd highly recommend Results Fitness as a gym that's both a fun and social environment and has trainers who are experts in pushing you the appropriate amount to achieve your fitness goals.
Shout out to Shawn and Leor for making this a sustainable activity for life, I am never going back to my lazy self again!
I am already 60 lbs less and well into my goal but I am continuing to go to Shawn, this is a lifestyle that I looking forward to keeping up with.
