I tried some of the different classes there before trying the aerial yoga classes (all of their classes are amazing) but once I gave aerial yoga a try I knew it would be something I would continue to do.
Great instructors, and a wide range of diverse classes for all skill levels and interests.
I have taken several of the different classes they offer and each and every class has been a absolutely magical experience!
Felt rejuvenated and powerful with the instructors and other students!
The space is beautiful, private, and serene allowing us to find a "home away from home" in which we can escape to and give ourselves permission to rediscover ourselves by removing all the layers of "expectations" placed on us as women.
Highly recommend trying classes here, such a variety too from yoga, aerial yoga, belly dancing, chair dancing
I would most definitely recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!
The moment you walk into the studio you are met with such a strong, calming energy.
