Our program is based upon over 40 years of techniques that are combat tested. Our techniques are taught and trained in a SAFE and effective way that will prepare you, should they ever be required to navigate high stress situations on the street. Our training program incorporates: Striking, Boxing/ Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling, Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts and Judo. We combine these different art forms into a seamless style, that with time and dedication will become second nature to you. This will also increase your self-confidence, boost your self-esteem and make you more in tune to your surroundings.

I like the fact that the classes are broken into warm ups, working on a specific move or two, then in my opinion the best part, a practical portion with live sparring where the kids have to figure out (with guidance) what to do to try to beat the other person.
If you're looking for something fun and a way for your child to stay active, this is the spot!

I don’t have enough words to first thank God in the name of Jesus for helping me find this place and then Randy and his crew for receiving my daughter like she was part of their family; my daughter is a 14 years old, high performer pursuing engineering and a former member of a winner robotics team, like any other teenager, she has some emotional problems and academic disappointments; as per her request, I looked for taekwondo places near me, I found about 3 or 4 and read their reviews, Senjutsu had the most reviews but what got my attention was that even having the most, still had 5 stars, without thinking about anything else, I called, and from that very first moment I understood why they are the best, Randy the owner was very open, caring, friendly and generous, explained everything in detail to me, and even offered a free class for my daughter and I to try, the way he and his crew always treat us, show that they are really caring, eager to help in every way possible even in the most desperate situations, they have been giving the extra miles for us.
He was the youngest and smallest in the class but since day one never felt intimidated or bullied.
