Every class is guided by a professional personal trainer and you will be sweating it out with a group of supportive classmates from all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced. Our trainers goal is to challenge you physically, but also to connect with you mentally and spiritually to help you break boundaries and reach your goals. We promise you will leave Sanctuary Fitness physically exhausted, but mentally and spiritually recharged!
