We delved into production schedules, mills, grain sourcing, and real-life events in which these instructors shared their business experiences and baking experiences in their current and past bakeries.

The curriculum, instruction, staff, production team, equipment - all of it made for an excellent learning experience that somehow made me even more excited about bread and pastry than I already was.
