As someone who’s been involved in the sport for almost 10 years now and have known the lopez family most of my life I can tell you 2 things one is that Sal is a good dude and cares about the people he trains and 2 is that he comes from a boxing family and knows the game inside and out for a guy as young as him if you’re looking to compete Sal is still excited to teach and watch people improve highly recommend

If you want to learn basic boxing fundamentals/how to defend yourself, this is one of the better gyms without all the flashy stuff
The gym is more laid back with nice people, but at the same time they still let boxing training be what it is.
