Very authentic hot yoga studio and practice.
We had already said we would pay, but she spoke condescendingly telling us we should know to bring our own towels and mat, and we just informed her we were told our introductory sessions were complimentary, but it was fine.
They also do community events, people actually know each other by name somehow and everyone is universally kind
It’s a classic 26 and 2 series, but the studio offers other classes.
I love that in addition to their traditional 26/2 (Bikram) class, they also offer Yin, Vinyasa, Buti, and an Intergrated Bikram class (perfect for anyone who's been through the classic sequence a few times).
The instructors are nice, but there are a lot of little charges (like you have to pay if you forget your mat and want to borrow one from the studio for a class) and the schedule isn’t very flexible (there aren’t a lot of class options that work for my 8-5 working schedule, plus they won’t let you in if you’re a couple minutes late).
Very hot and humid - as it should be!
This is a place worth going, the instructors are very knowledgeable and the heat makes you feel so much better mentally and physically.
