I actually arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment and Kaitlyn was more than happy to take me back early.
Sage is a wonderful place for yoga and meditation and massages and reflexology.
You need to feel at peace in an all encompassing environment to properly reset and Sage is the place to do exactly that!!
