I just started my journey with pole & all the instructors I’ve had the pleasure of taking class with have been so supportive.

I also love how diverse the Sabbath community is - it makes for a very comforting and inclusive environment:)

The instructors break everything down so it’s easy and helpful for beginners.

Not only are the instructors extremely welcoming, patient, and knowledgable, but the community is hands down one of the loveliest, most supportive groups of people I've ever met.

Sabbath is such a beautiful and sacred space to dance and make friends.

I’ve always had a lot of fear around going to the gym or dancing in front of people but i started classes a few months ago after years of not doing pole & the teachers here are so great & kind & meet you where you’re at & i couldn’t even say enough good things about them.

Some of my favorite and the most knowledgeable instructors have challenged me and given me the space to work through the tough days of training namely Natasha Wang, Bama and Peaches.

I've taken a classes here and LOVE the open pole sessions where you can go practice on your own.
