There are also several police officers that train there that really let me extend the knowledge of the sport into how that would work in a self defense situation as well.

Russ Miura is a state wrestling champion, won Grapplers Quest 3 among countless other tournaments, veteran of EBI, ADCC, and MMA.

I definitely recommend this place for beginners and you can see by the amount of time some have trained with him and their results in competitions, that it would be a great studio for the expert as well.
