Rokah Karate is a traditional Shotokan school that offers karate classes for all ages and levels. Sensei Avi teaches every adult class himself. He and his wife, Ruth, instruct the children's classes together. At Rokah Karate, we teach that technique defeats strength and skill conquers speed. More than a mere self-defense program, training in karate fosters mental toughness and emotional strength. Or you can just call it grit.
