Mr. Sheah is a 5th Degree Black Belt and a Level I Certified Instructor with the Choong- Sil Taekwondo Federation (C.T.F. ). Starting out in Taekwondo as a child in 1990 it quickly became more than just an after school activity. Mr Sheah started teaching taekwondo in 2001. In 2011 Mr Sheah joined the CTF. In addition to Taekwondo, Mr. Sheah has also taught Han Mu Do and Krav Maga and currently has his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu- jitsu.
